Cancellation Policy

We realise that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable. However, advance notice allows us to fulfill other learner’s scheduling needs and keeps our business operating at its most efficient level. As we are extremely busy therefore, This policy is in place to respect our time and inform our clients. Cancellations with less than 36 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot, and leave a 120 -minutes hole in your Instructor’s schedule.

1. Please provide us with 36 -hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Learners who do not attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide 36 -hours notice to change a scheduled appointment may be responsible for a full charge. This charge must be paid on or before the next scheduled appointment.

2. We reserve your two -hour appointment time just for you. We do not double-book our customers so 36 -hour notice allows us to offer that time to a waiting -listed learners .

3. Certain learners have test booked and need regular lessons to the requirement of approved standard plan. If appointments are missed or cancelled on a regular basis it could affect the status of your training Your driving training plan has been established by your Instructor to get you to Standard level of your driving skills as quickly as possible. Missing appointments hinders that process and may end -up with negative results on your test .

4. After 2nd missed or cancelled appointments without the appropriate 36 hour notice, you may not be able to book your next lesson and your name will be removed from our pupil’s list , the full charge will be recovered from your account for missed appointments. NOTE: You will never be charged for a cancellation if it is made more than 36 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Thank you for providing our office and our colleagues with this courtesy. On your first time booking you should have have the explanation of the policy included our website we understand that you have read, understand, and agreed the terms of cancellation.

Online Booking Policy:

  1. your booking can only be confirmed when you received a call or text message from GDS admins or your instructors.
  2. if you paid online please provide the following details: full name , full address, contact number, experience, type of transmission (Automatic or manual car ) and availabilities of the learners.
  3. if you booked a practical test; your instructor will carryout an assessment, after assessment your instructor,  will let you know if you are ready or not, if you not ready for test your instructor may only advice you to change the date. your Instructor reserve the right to refuse to take you to the test.
  4.  Before Scheduling your driving lesson please read all the relevant information, terms and conditions, if you paid for your lessons online and decided to cancel, you will be charged 10% Transection and handling fees.

Online payment & cancellation policy:

  • pay via PayPal/ in case of cancellation 15% handling and transaction fee
  • Pay online by card: 15% handling & transaction fee
  • Pay via balance transfer 5% transaction fee
